Which window is right for me?

You can’t generalise here. Your requirements first need to be clarified in the course of a professional consultation. What are you looking for in terms of energy, security or aesthetics? Give us a call and we will be pleased to discuss your needs with you!

Wooden or uPVC windows- which should I choose?

To put it simply: If you’re more a natural type of person, wood is really the only option here in our view. Our taste may not necessarily be your taste and you may find that uPVC windows may meet your requirements.

What colours should I have?

The colour catalogue consists of 213 colours, each of which is identified by a four-digit number. We are happy to advise of our standard RAL colours and we have RAL charts available to view in our office (we can supply them but these need to be returned to us).

Suppose my window breaks?

Should your windows sustain damage through mechanical influences despite their highly stable and resistant design, you are best to give us a call. We will discuss the issues and what repairs will need to be done, whether the repair is covered under warranty or not. Damage, for example, will not be covered but failure of hardware may be covered depending on the timescale.

Are your installations supervised?

Yes. As part of our dedication to excellent customer care, each installation in progress is visited daily by our Installations Manager to ensure it is running smoothly.

Do you offer any guarantee on the installations you undertake?

Yes. We offer a ten year guarantee, as per the guidelines of the Glass and Glazing Federation

Does bad weather affect my installation?

No. We will continue working throughout bad weather on all window and door installations unless the conditions are so severe that it is deemed too dangerous for our installers to continue working. However,  if because of any weather conditions you would prefer to postpone installation work, please let our team know so we can re-book the work in.

Can I leave the property while work is taking place?

Yes, our installers are highly experienced and can be trusted to remain on your property to continue to work while you are not there.
