About This Project

A period property in Inverkeithing, Fife required a comprehensive sash window restoration programme.

All existing sash and case windows were restored on-site — cords replaced, sash weights rebalanced, and Gecko draught seals installed throughout to eliminate draughts while maintaining smooth window operation.

Gecko draught seals are the gold standard in sash window draught-proofing, virtually invisible when installed and rated for decades of use.
