We were approached by Xia the owner of Gladstone house BandB. After a thorough survey we established that four of the attic dormer windows would require replacement. The other sash and case windows were repairable. We stripped the windows back by sanding them, replaced all the sand mastic. Repaired all rotten timber with our first class epoxy resin repair system provided by repair care UK. We have replaced the windows that were beyond repair with new redwood timber double glazed windows with brass ironmongery and a full 3 part paint coating both internally and externally. We also replaced rotten facia boards. It was a pleasure working with Xia and we would highly recommend a stay at his BandB.
